Job Description:
- Develops, maintains, and improves relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned districts.
- Works closely with Channel partners and end user to ensures sales growth with assigned channels partners.
- Responsible for sales of Company’s products and services within an assigned geographic territory, negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.
- Executes territory business plans to exceed direct sales target for the territory.
- Daily/weekly/monthly business reporting for the assigned territory.
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines.

To Succeed in this role, you should have following skill and experiences:
- Graduation( Agri candidates will be preferred)
- Overall 1 year of experience in sales, business development and channel management.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in English and Kannada/Tamil ( As per the base location).
- Experience/Exposure to start up work culture (Agri startup will be preferred)
